Unwetter in Alexandria Beißer stürmen die Mauern Spätestens seit Staffel 11 Folge 5 ist klar Alexandria zeigt mittlerweile Schwachstellen. Die Palisade gab damals bereits unter dem Druck einer kleinen Horde Beißer nach. Obwohl mit vereinten Kräften nach einer Lösung gesucht wurde, war es nur eine Frage der Zeit, bis der Gemeinschaft hinter den unsicheren Mauern neues Unheil drohte. So sorgt in Episode 8 ein starkes Unwetter für Angst und Schrecken. Nicht nur, dass sich die Kinder vor dem Gewitter fürchten, auch die Palisade weht es in Teilen davon. Zu allem Überfluss hat die Mühle Feuer gefangen und lockt Beißer nach Alexandria, die schon bald die Löcher in den Mauern nutzen, um nach Frischfleisch zu suchen. Während Carol Melissa McBride, Connie Lauren Ridloff und Kelly Angel Theory die Palisade reparieren wollen und Aaron Ross Marquand mit Magna Nadia Hilker das Feuer löschen muss, versucht Rosita Christian Serratos, das Leben der Familien im Haupthaus zu schützen. Doch letztendlich bleibt allen nur die Flucht ins Obergeschoss des Gebäudes. Womöglich stehen uns rund um Alexandria demnächst also schockierende Momente bevor, die einige Charaktere mit dem Leben bezahlen könnten. Die grausamsten Todesfälle der vergangenen Staffeln könnt ihr noch einmal im Video miterleben The Walking Dead Die 12 schockierendsten Tode Judith und Gracie sitzen in der Falle Lediglich Judith und Gracie gelingt es nicht, im ersten Stock Schutz zu finden, denn Gracie sucht im Keller nach einer Waffe. Als Judith sie entdeckt, wird ihnen der Weg aus dem Keller bereits von hungrigen Zombies abgeschnitten. Obwohl es den Mädchen gelingt, die Tür zu verriegeln, sind sie alles andere als sicher – denn der Starkregen lässt den Keller voll Wasser laufen. Werden die Beißer rechtzeitig aus dem Erdgeschoss vertrieben, sodass Judith und Gracie den Keller verlassen können? Und gelingt es Gracie, sich ihrer Angst zu stellen oder sie sogar auf Judiths Rat zu ihrem Vorteil zu nutzen? Nicht zu vergessen wäre an dieser Stelle ein Hinweis, den Aaron gegenüber seiner Adoptivtochter bereits in Episode 5 erwähnte Sie solle immer ihre Pfeife bei sich tragen, wenn sie sich im Keller versteckt. Womöglich dürfte das den beiden Kindern also tatsächlich das Leben steht es um Aarons und Carols Teams? Um Alexandria vor dem größten Unheil zu bewahren, teilen sich die Bewohner*innen in Teams auf Aaron und Magna sollen das Feuer in der Mühle löschen, wohingegen Carol, Connie und Kelly die Palisade zu reparieren haben. Bis auf die Teamaufteilung bleibt uns das Schicksal dieser fünf in Folge 8 allerdings verwehrt. Da die eindringenden Beißer aber allesamt zum Haupthaus zu strömen scheinen, dürften unsere Held*innen bei ihren Aufgaben weitestgehend sicher sein und womöglich nach getaner Arbeit ihre Familien retten. „Meine Feindin“ Pope schürt Rachegefühle gegenüber Maggie Mit der Taktik der Whisperer führen Maggie, Negan Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Elijah Okea Eme-Akwari und Gabriel Seth Gilliam eine große Horde Beißer direkt auf Meridian zu. Wells Robert Hayes zieht in Popes Ritchie Coster Auftrag los, um die Zombies wegzuführen. Zunächst erfolgreich, muss er das Unterfangen schnell mit dem Leben bezahlen. Als Leah nach Wells suchen möchte, weiß Pope jedoch bereits, dass Maggie dahinter steckt und bezeichnet sie wutentbrannt als „meine Feindin“ – nach den Geschehnissen aus Folge 7 ein weiterer Hinweis darauf, dass nicht die Reapers zuerst angriffen, sondern Maggie ihrer Gruppe etwas verschweigt, das sie Pope und seiner Familie angetan hat. Vorräte oder Revanche? Maggies heimlicher Angriff wirft Fragen auf Maggie, Negan, Gabriel und Elijah führen die Beißer zurück nach Meridian, wo nun sie es sind, die in eine Falle tappen Die Reapers haben die Umgebung durch Mienen gesichert, wodurch nicht nur ein Großteil der Horde explodiert, sondern auch Elijah verwundet wird. Dennoch gelingt es Maggie und Gabriel mithilfe von Daryl in die Mauern von Meridian zu gelangen. Maggie gibt Gabriel eine klare Anweisung Er soll sich ins zweite Zimmer des Südwestflügels im Obergeschoss begeben und dort auf ihr Signal warten. Ob sich dort die heiß begehrten Vorräte befinden oder uns eine andere Überraschung bevorsteht, bleibt abzuwarten – ebenso wie die Zukunft von Elijah, der durch einen Granatsplitter inmitten einer hungrigen Horde Beißer zu bluten beginnt. Leah greift erst zur Intrige – und dann zur Waffe Wie Leah feststellen muss, geht Pope mittlerweile über Leichen, um Maggie dem Erdboden gleichzumachen. Indes nutzt Daryl die Zweifel seiner Ex-Freundin, um ihr die Wahrheit zu gestehen und sie zur Flucht zu überreden. Doch Leah hat andere Pläne Erschüttert davon, wie Pope ihre Brüder herzlos opferte, ergreift sie ihre Chance und ersticht den Reapers-Anführer – und schiebt kurzerhand Daryl die Schuld zu, der sich nun vor Carver Alex Meraz und den übrigen Reapers in Sicherheit bringen muss. Während sich Maggie und Daryl ihren Weg durch die Beißer kämpfen, muss Letzterer feststellen, dass Leah nach Pope nun auch ihm nach dem Leben trachtet. Mit kaltem Blick zündet sie die Raketen, die direkt auf ihre Feind*innen zusteuern. Sinnt sie wie Pope nur nach Vergeltung oder verfolgt sie damit einen höheren Plan? C’est pourquoi elle est retournée si volontiers chez Pope lorsque les Moissonneurs l’ont trouvée dans la c’est quelque chose que Daryl peut comprendre, peut-être même respecter. Mais en fin de compte, même si sa propre loyauté envers ses amis et sa famille l’a amené à remettre en question certaines choses, d’une manière étrange, il ne semble pas pouvoir être d’accord avec la décision de Leah à cause de ce que les faucheurs ne serait pas la première fois que The Walking Dead se termine sur un cliffhanger avec ses personnages principaux au bord de la mort. Mais ici, le final de The Walking Dead saison 11 partie 1 voit Negan, Maggie, Daryl et Gabriel tenter désespérément d’échapper aux zombies qui se sont introduits dans l’installation des Moissonneurs ainsi qu’au hwacha tiré par Leah et les à la promo de la saison 11 partie 2 de The Walking Dead, nous pouvons extrapoler les conséquences de la bataille contre les faucheurs.
